Instead of clicking the "Empty Recycle Bin" link at the Vista desktop, I accidentally clicked the "Delete" link to empty my trash!
Luckily I found that I can bring it back by going to the "Personalize" link (right click at the desktop area) and then clicked the "Change Desktop Icons" link. Ticked the "Recycle Bin" checkbox and press "ok", Voila.. the recycle bin is back!
